Future Ecologies

In 2025, I was awarded Immersive Arts funding to explore the potential of creating multisensory digital landscapes that are designed to reveal the hidden – and sometimes mysterious – elements of natural ecosystems.

Ignite Somerset

As Somerset Film’s 2024 Artist in Residence, I’ve been given the opportunity to develop a new multidisciplinary artwork that merges digital art and sound into my photographic practice. The resulting project will showcase the movement of freshwater on Exmoor at both micro (studio) and macro (landscape) scales.

Somerset Art Weeks

Inspired by my walks through Exmoor’s spectacular temperate rainforest, I developed the project Arborea. In April 2024, I was commissioned by Somerset Art Works to share the photographic series – via an outdoor installation, indoor print exhibition and public workshops – during the Somerset Art Weeks Festival 2024.

Moments on Mendip

In April 2023 I was commissioned by the Mendip Hills National Landscape Team and Seed Sedgemoor to lead their photographic project ‘Moments on Mendip’. The following six months of research and exploration culminated in the new series of experimental photographs, Menhir. These images were projected onto the natural rock faces at Cheddar Gorge to create a dramatic, site-specific installation.
